We’re pleased to announce we have recently made two management changes which will help to strengthen and expand our operations.

Jim Lomax who has joined the team as Sales and Marketing Director brings 30 years’ experience from within the complex electronics and software industry. Whereas Neil Tordoff has received an internal promotion from New Business Account Executive to Technical Sales Manager for the South West.

The promotions come at a great time for us as we continue to build on our reputation for providing the highest possible levels of build quality, service, advice and guidance around any bi-fold door requirement.

As Sales and Marketing director, Jim will be responsible for raising our profile in both home and international markets while also ensuring that training and knowledge across sales and marketing is of the highest quality.

Neil’s remit will be to cultivate the South West customer base by fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service as well as staying ahead of industry trends to support both the company and its clients.

At Debar, customer focus is vital so Neil will be making sure all customer needs are met and their own knowledge is developed so they can successfully engage with new and existing bi-fold products effectively.
