Operating from a 65,000 sqft on-site warehouse, Debar can provide support from the original concept right through to the finished product.  

Plus, with an ongoing investment in quality, lean manufacturing principles and standard operating procedures, Debar uses machinery to guarantee efficiency and consistency time and time again. 

The Debar factory includes a sawing centre, CNC centre, finishing station, automated powder coating plant and assembly lines.

CNC Centre

With a dedication to manufacture high-quality bi-fold hardware, locks, handles, catches, rollers and guides, the team at Debar has invested in their own CNC centre.

Located within its headquarters in Bradford, the CNC centre guarantees the team can produce large amounts of durable hardware that is always consistently high-quality and uniform in terms of size and shape.

Saw Centre

Within the Debar factory, there is a dedicated saw centre which precisely cuts each material used to produce the quality bi-fold components and hardware.

Automated Powder Coating Plant

The Debar five stage treatment plant produces high-quality finishes quickly and efficiently for all bi-fold handles, locks, catches and more.

Plus, with a fantastic fast colour change system, there’s a range of finishes available including matt black, matt grey and white gloss.

Finishing Station

Debar has a specialist finishing station that enables the team to successfully smooth, descale and brighten large numbers of small component parts guaranteeing that each piece of bi-fold door hardware is finished to the highest standard.
