LEE DAVIES

Managing Director

I'm Lee Davies, Managing Director at Debar. I joined the business in August 2021 as Finance Director before stepping into the MD role, where I now lead our growth strategy and enjoy getting involved across all areas of the business. I’m passionate about manufacturing and love working with the team to develop new ideas and solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and keeping busy — I’m not great at sitting still and relaxing.

LAURENCE HICKS

Commercial Director

Hi, I’m Laurence, Commercial Director at Debar. I have worked in the construction industry for 36 years, mainly in the fenestration market. I support the customer-facing team to deliver service excellence. Outside of work I enjoy spending precious time with my family and, given half a chance, I’ll be in the hills mountain biking.

ANDREW FAWTHROP

Commercial Manager Europe

I'm Andrew Fawthrop, European Commercial Manager at Debar with over 15 years experience. During my free time I enjoy watching football, travelling and spending time with family.

TIM SHAW

USA & GCC Commercial Manager

Hi, my name is Tim Shaw, I joined Debar in 2016, as Area Sales Manager for the South East of England and was promoted to International Sales Manger in 2023. This involves travelling to the USA, Canada and the Middle East bringing in new business and supporting existing customers which is very rewarding. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends and playing golf.

NEIL TORDOFF

Commerical Manager UK

I’m Neil Tordoff, I joined Debar in 2022 starting internally as part of the sales team. I then moved on to be part of the external sales team, visiting existing and potential customers to discuss the benefits of using Debar for their hardware solutions.My role now covers the whole of the U.K. Out of work, I like to travel abroad and experience different cultures and ways of life. I also enjoy watching most sports and ‘try’ to play golf on the odd occasion.

MARJANAS PETRAITIS

Technical Manager

I’m Marjanas Petraitis, a Technical Manager at Debar. I joined the company in February 2015 as a Design Engineer and have grown with the business ever since. At Debar, I lead engineering projects focused on developing innovative, high-quality bifold hardware solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, 3D printing, and practicing yoga to stay busy, active, and refreshed.

PAUL OWEN

Services Manager

Hi, my name is Paul Owen. I’m the Technical Service Manager at Debar, and I’ve been part of the team since 2016. I spent 25 years fabricating in the PVC industry, before moving into the bi-fold door industry in 2005. Since then, I’ve built hands-on experience in both fabricating and installing bi-fold doors. I enjoy travelling across the UK and around the world with Debar, working closely with clients to share knowledge, overcome challenges, and ensure top-quality results for our customers.

NICOLA WALKER

Sales Office Manager

Hi, my name is Nicola Walker, I joined Debar in 2019, having worked in the bi-fold door industry since 2008. I began my journey in customer service, which sparked my passion for supporting customers. Over the years, I’ve worked across various markets, including export, and now, as Sales Office Manager, I lead a fantastic team who always deliver a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish. Outside of work, I love exploring the great outdoors and making memories with my family and friends.

JO Whitrick

Account Manager

Hi, I’m Jo Whitrick! I joined the Internal Debar Sales Team back in 2016, when there were just 22 of us — it’s been incredible to watch the company grow and evolve over the years. In my role as an Internal Account Manager, I get to do what I love: chatting with clients, helping them find exactly what they need, and being part of Debar’s exciting future plans.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my amazing family and friends, or getting my hands dirty in the garden.

DALE Rockcliffe

Account Manager

Hi, my name is Dale Rockcliffe, and I joined Debar in 2025. I am new to the bifold industry but I bring over 10 years of customer service knowledge and experience. Working for different companies over the years, I can say starting here at Debar is the most welcomed I have felt and this drives me to do the best I can. My interests outside of work include spending time with family mainly my partner and our little boy, traveling to different places but mainly the many states in the USA.
