Debar is the largest independent British manufacturer of bi-fold door systems and hardware, supplying to clients around the world. At Debar, we offer holistic solutions to achieve your goals in the bifold doors industry.

Debar has also achieved, for many years, the coveted ISO9001 certification which demonstrates the team’s ability to implement high standards of quality time and time again.

With a highly experienced and capable management team at the head of the organisation, Debar has successfully continued to expand over the years and now operates from a 41,000sqft headquarters and manufacturing site, and additional 30,000sqft distribution hub.

From designing custom bi-fold door systems to providing high quality hardware for existing systems, Debar strives to produce the most cutting-edge components and systems within the market to provide for every level in the market.

We offer off-the shelf full bi-fold systems under licence that do not require R&D or testing. Our systems can be tailored to individual needs, and we can design custom hardware systems to meet any design requirements, wherever you are in the world.

Debar hardware

Debar can manufacture custom hardware in-house which will fit your current system. If you’re happy with your existing system but are looking to upgrade your hardware then, we also stock a full range of our own hardware too, from bi-fold handles and locks to rollers and guides, so you can rely on us for any of your hardware needs.

As part of Debar’s extensive quality control, we offer full in-house testing including finite element analysis, cycle testing and weathering. We also offer our own in-house or external training on the fabrication and installation of our bi-fold systems, supporting our partners.

As we work across the world, we understand the nuances of each market. We have experience of working with system houses, fabricators and extruders – often requiring similar but specific designs and expertise.
